HodiKodi offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Kodi purchases, including Kodi Pro subscriptions and one-off services (Filing Assist and Tax Consultation).

How the guarantee works

• If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
• Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Kodi orders.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact HodiKodi support through the in-app channel and we will initiate the refund for you.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel a Kodi Pro subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops future charges; if you cancel within 30 days of a renewal you are also eligible to request a refund for that renewal under this policy.

One-off services

For Filing Assist and Tax Consultation, the 30-day guarantee applies from the date of purchase. Where the service has already been delivered (for example, a completed consultation call), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's standard practices.

This policy is provided in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
