• Business tax data — profile details you enter (TIN, VAT status, sector, deadlines you track).
• Usage & telemetry — device information, IP address, log data, feature usage.
• Support communications — messages you send us.
• AI assistant prompts — questions and content you submit to the AI features.

2. How we use your data

• To create and operate your account and provide the Service (legal basis: contract).
• To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests).
• To improve product quality and troubleshoot issues (legitimate interests).
• To provide customer support (contract).

3. Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only with:

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, analytics, and AI providers we use to run the Service.
• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payments, invoicing, tax, subscription management, and refund processing for us.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
